Dear SPM-community
I am trying to run a 2nd level ANOVA of a number of F-contrasts. From
previous posts at this list, I can see that you have to use the beta-images
from the 1st level analysis (not ess or other) and then define the F-
contrast after having performed the 2nd level analysis.
I have 6 different (groups) effects from 1st level that I am interested in,
these are parametric modulations (linear and quadratic) from 3 different
perceptual categories.
I am doing non-sphericity correction over replications, as suggested
previously (http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?
A2=ind0312&L=spm&O=D&F=&S=&P=11866)
However, when I run the estimation-process it fails. The hyperparameter
estimation works fine, but when the parameter estimation starts, the
follwing matlab error occurs:
SPM2: spm_spm (v2.66) 12:02:01 - 07/01/2005

I have tried to run the same analysis using only 3 groups (the linear
parametric modulation), and that works fine, but I would like to study both
the linear and quadratic effects, e.g. an F-contrast like:
1 0 1 0 1 0
0 1 0 1 0 1
I have tried to run the analysis on both a Window XP Pro system and a Linux
system, and it fails in both cases.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to overcome this problem?
Best wishes,
Mark
