Dear Masahiro,
after the segmentation step in cg_create_template the images will be
averaged and smoothed using a kernel with FWHM of 8mm. If your coronal
images are segmented and normalized you can do these steps manually (use
the resp. names gray.img, white.img and csf.img for the results).
