Fellow SPMers,
I have a perfusion image (128x128x10) that I'm using as my reference, and a T2 image (256x256x48) that's my source image. I run Coreg: Estimate & Reslice, and get the correctly resliced rSource.img in the space of the reference image (128x128x10)
Next, I want to transform a copy of the original T2 image using the transformation matrix obtained from the first step, but keep it at its original resolution (256x256x48). I know how to get the transformation matrix using spm_get_space and spm_imatrix, but I don't know how to apply it to the original T2. I've tried using spm_reslice, but it reslices one image to another, and I can't specify a different transformation matrix.
Any help would be appreciated.
