I've written an SPM2 batch file to run statistical analysis on
event-related fMRI data, based on R. Henson's batch file. I am getting
the following error when I run my version--
Saving SPM configuration : ...SPM.mat saved
Design reporting : ??? Attempted to access
rX(:,67); index out of bounds because size(rX)=[816,66].
Error in ==> spm_DesMtx at 646
for i=1:t, nX(:,tmp+i) = rX(:,i)/max(abs(rX(:,i))); end
Error in ==> spm_DesRep at 626
hDesMtxIm = image((spm_DesMtx('sca',varargin{2}.X, Xnames) +
1)*32);
Error in ==> spm_fmri_spm_ui at 451
spm_DesRep('DesMtx',SPM.xX,fname,SPM.xsDes)
Error in ==> Pol1_batch3 at 149
SPM = spm_fmri_spm_ui(SPM);
The size of rX of 816 is the number of sessions (6) times the number of
files per subject (136), so that part is correct, but I don't know
where the 66 came from.
Anybody else get a similar error, or know where the size of rX of 66
came from?
