Hi Jörg,
i think your problem is, that the printstr variable isnt defined. The
easiest way to do this is to open a graphic window. To this the results of
your realignment step are passed and than written to the spm2.ps file.
Entering the following line in your script should do it (taken directly from
the spm code):
Fgraph = spm_figure('GetWin','Graphics');
