Are you referring to what looks like a superior left frontal-parietal mass?
It looks to be extraaxial (outside the brain) and probably outside the
meniges. I'm not sure what it is. You can have radiology take a glance at
it if Noundas exports the file using DICOM to the NMH system. However,
whatever they say is non-diagnostic. You might have Lynn let the subject
know that an irregularity was seen outside the brain on the left side at
the top and we were wondering whether her doctors had noticed this before.
I have attached a pdf of every 4th slice. You can also bring this by
radiology and see what they say.
