Dear Marina
Chelsea football club is part of a huge leisure complex (Chelsea Village) incorporating the 'Chelsea World of Sport' (a museum on the science of sports etc - I think the London Science Museum may have been involved - has interactives and exhibits etc). Am not sure if its open yet! But general enquiries for the Chelsea Village
can be found on
http://www.chelseafc.com/article.asp?article=225470&Title=Contact+Village&lid=Navigation+-+Contact+Us&sub=Contact+Village&nav=&sublid= and may be able to direct you to the someone relevant.
Otherwise - someone on the list may know the Science Museum people that were involved.
Best wishes
Lesley Paterson

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Science in Soccer, Soccer in Science
Dear science communication network members
South Africa is gearing up for hosting the 2010 WORLD CUP SOCCER and we have to use this opportunity to interest the public (especially youth) in the "science angle" to this sport. I would therefore be very interested to make contact with anyone who has worked on grants, exhibitions, publications, competitions, etc exploiting and explaining the links between science and soccer.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Marina Joubert
