Translations make for difficulties! If you really mean to "popularise" science
you will alienate the scientific community! What we in the Uk are doing is
to try and engage the public with science. This means that both the scientific
community and the public must get involved. By far the biggest problem will
be in getting your scientists involved. Money should come from the science
budget!
