Well, to your face they call it the relatives room. But I asked a nurse on a break out in the smoke zone and she told me it was the Distressed Relatives Room.
I had asked a security guard and he called it the Grievance Room. I know he had got that wrong.
I was outwardly calm, although I suppose my eyes were bugging out and my hair was standing on end, but I think they knew I would have a long long long wait for her to be airlifted in, as it was Saturday night and everyone was out smashing themselves up.
Please don't do that people. Go rushing out willy nilly to smash yourselves up.
cheers - jen

The Distressed Relatives Room? Is it really called that?
What if you are outwardly calm - do they make you wait outside?
Most people would be distressed, I suppose. Glad to hear
your daughter will be OK, Jen.
