Every so often this Mozilla Thunderbird tells me that my email (though
it is programmed to send to petc in plain text) contains code not in
conformity with Western ISO...15, then sending the mail in Unicode,
which means that "flāner" in my answer to Anny came out scrambled. It
always happens when I include somebody else's mail in the message, I
think...Can someone explain this in simple terms?
