This brought back my long-ago battles with this very piece. Too advanced for
me really, but I could hear how I wanted to play it, how IT wanted me to
play it; and just occasionally the gleam of the dance was there. Oh dear!
it's terrible when the ears mind heart know what should be happening, and
the muscles just can't cope!

I give up these words easily, they are easy
to give up, like changing currency before
a border: the cursive line between mountain
and sky, say, as perfect a mismatch as any
made in heaven.
