Points taken, Mark. I dont know if I have much knowledge of music, but
I have a lot, & listen to it. I was intrigued by your comment: 'I love
vocal music because of my love of the spoken word.' As I think I do the
latter, but dont like so much classical vocal music. I always enjoy it
when I hear it, but what I go for are chamber works, symphonies, & of
course, concertos. Maybe because I write to music, & therefore dont
want other words there at that time...
