Was just gluing together the sleeve of my 1930 recording 'Die
Driegroschenoper' rerecord on vinyl blasting away-I assume auszuge means
recording? and is topped up with a french version 1930 and taste of
mahagonny -her voice so young -suitable in contrast to the later 'over
orchestrated'versions can smell the beer and sweat !!fantastic
Unfortunately the 3rd Akt seems have been chewed up perhaps by a freemartin
P
It is true?that Lotte Lenya on got the role as someone else had dropped
out??
