Then he will be damned with most of the world's politicians and many others. The speech shows him to be a fool. I knew that. He sometimes speaks before he thinks, or perhaps in lieu of thinking, when he is excited, though he is very far from stupid.
But damned? (were one to allow such a possibility) He might be foolish enough to nod through terrible things; but I don't think he would conceive them. Not the depths of hell. Limitedly clever and shallow

>He meant a lot of dead Jews.
It would have ended up with a lot of dead Israelis, yes, just as the Israeli version of "until victory, until Jerusalem" has meant a lot of dead Palestinians
>to have been accomplished by the mother of all military victories
against the Israelis (with the help of the WMD he turned out not to
have)
therefore NOT accomplished with the help of wmd though the defence of Israel might have seen them used
> and the eradication, by the usual peace-loving means,
indeed, but the sarcasm piled upon and sliding down both sides of the trowel is lost on me, because the Israelis who steal land, destroy homes and kill people also claim to be peace-loving and theirs was the invasion
There may well be a hatred of Jews in much opposition to Israel, though I rather think that Saddam Hussein would have declared war on the Australian First Peoples if there had been what he saw as an advantage to it; but there is a legitimacy to opposition to the landgrab of Israel which need not and should not be confused with (racist) opposition to all Jews
