If this Bush biz continues, Doug, in another five years some of us will
think it's a 'revolution' to wake up the morning. Fortunately they are such
screw-ups, it's beginning to blow up in their faces. Smart, at times
'rookies', but rookies at core. The Constitution is beginning to blow them
out. Funny how embedded institutions can come back to bite you in the butt.
Like unpaid parking tickets.
