My memory was faulty. Glover wrote contra Klein as well as Jung and, as
far as I can tell, would be classified as a Freudian, presumably in
support of the old man's daughter, Anna. It's said Italians take their
religion seriously even when they're flouting it; maybe the same can be
said for the British and psychoanalytic theory.
