I was reading here: http://www23.thdo.bbc.co.uk/bbcfour/documentaries/features/man-who-forged-america.shtml and I saw a mention to the poem "ode to a freeman" and the google overlords failed me. I for one am extremely disappointed. However my curiousity is piqued. This being an historic document, the ode must be somewhere in the print-world?
