To all that run Hep B clinics,
I would like to ask how long OH colleagues appoint for a patient receiving
a Hep B vaccination. I have said 10 - 15 minutes for each patient, bearing
in mind the pre-vaccination time, injection time and post vaccination
observation time.
Do you think this is too long? Myself and a colleague conflict as to how
long we should allocate for appointments. I think up to 15 minutes is safe
but she feels that they can be done in 5-10 minutes safely.
Can anyone share what allocation time they give to Hep B clinics?
Much appreciated,
Lynn
