There was an article in OH Review issue 106 (Nov/Dec 2003) about this
very subject. It was entitled "Delivering OH" services by Paul
Litchfield. I feel the article is excellent and if assessing like for
like services favours in-house OH. If you want a copy of the article
email me your fax number and I will fax it through.

Has anyone done anywork on the pros and cons of inhouse versus outsource
in
the provision of OH.
From an OH perspective I feel inhouse would meet the broader aims of the
Company better but HR feels outsource is the only option.
I have a meeting with HR and my manager next Wed and want to present a
dispassionate assessment. Perhaps you can change my mind?
Looking forward to your responses!!
Jeanette
