Hello folks
I am relatively new to this job, and this morning while I was reviewing a
lady who has had 'contact dermatitis' for approximately 8 months, she asked
if she can have a copy of her Occupational Health Notes.
I strongly suspect she intends to begin litigation proceedings against the
company.
I have only been in the job a few weeks. Can I photocopy and give her a
copy of 'all' the notes in her file, including those written by my
predecessor ?
I know that under DPA and Freedom of Information she is entitled to see her
own notes, but does that include those not written by me ?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
