DDA not apply? HR decision, wouldnt get too involved but make sure they
have the health advice i.e. nature of functional disability, likely
length of disability etc. and are involved in rehab plan. Arrange
meeting with all parties( you/ HR/ employee). Legally I guess it depends
on nature of accident and whoose liability, if company are at fault he
could consider starting a legal process
