Good day
I'm sure some of you are aware, but for those who haven't heard, it seems
that the NHS OH Service in the Bristol area has come out quite well from
the AfC process.
Screening nurses (E-grade) have been placed in Band 5
Training posts (F-grade) have been placed in Band 6 (after not being job
matched in the first round)
Advisors (G-grade) have been placed in Band 7 - their job title is OH Nurse
Specialist
Yet to hear about Clinical Nurse Managers - I wait with bated breath!
PS We have a full-time OH Nurse Specialist post available - will be
advertised in next issue of OH magazine.
