Glenn,
Just started my new job as Ops Manager/ Senior Nurse at University Hospitals
of Leicester and we do copy all letters to clients.
At North Warwickshire we didn't.
I do see the benefit of doing so. The info is about the client and they have
a right to know what is being written about them.
Hope all is well with you and yours
Neil
