As a provider, we would allow representative of the client to see OH records
provided they are OH qualified on the basis that they adhere to the same
boundaries of confidentiality as we do. We currently have two instances of
this where we have an "intelligent" client. There is agreement regarding
this written into the contract and we would obviously not share with anyone
else.
