I have been approached by an individual with the following.
She is being treated for a diagnosed condition caused/ exacerbated by
work related stress, this has been confirmed by her treating specialist.
Recommendations with regards to the nature of her work have been made to
management on a number of occasions but are either not implemented or
implemented for short periods of time only. She is dissatisfied with
advice of the OHA (OH provider), thinks that the OHA has been breaking
confidentiality and that the OHA is being used as a management tool
(disussing options such as redundancy with her). She feels very
vulnerable and is unsure what do to or who to complain to, how to go
about asking for a second OH opinion etc.
