Dear Nigel
I suggest that you contact your Access to Work Coordinator at the local job
centre who should be able to arrange for Ability Net to come out and
perform an assessment, they will bring various mice and assess the problem
thoroughly. If you go via the Access to work Coordinator the assessment
with Ability Net is free.
I have found that touchpad mice are quite useful in these cases and can be
operated by any finger and in either hand but mice are not essential and
one can perform practically all tasks with a keyboard. Look at Ability Net
web pages www.abilitynet.org.uk
Regards,
Clare
