Dear Dr. Ilan Kelman,
Thank you for your observations. Attached please find
the invited comments on ISDR and other agencies for
disaster reduction. There was no acknowledgement,no
reply. We organised the first ever International
Symposium in the Indian Ocean and posted it on this
website. Not a single one of the 204 odd members
responded or participated. The proceedings are going
to be published soon. NSF posted grants for Tsunami
research with the condition that the researchers
should collaborate with scholars from affected
countries. We submitted our intent for collaboration.
It moved from one table to another in National Science
Foundation. No response for all these days.
