Please respond to Alison J

A team within my trust are working with a local Multi-faith Forum to
improve the recording of, and acting upon, data about patients' religious
background. There is debate from the local faith communities about
improving the categories currently being used. For those of you who know
London, this is within the London Borough of Brent, the most diverse
borough in the UK, so this is no small debate.
Could everyone who has access to such information share with me:
the categories that your trust are currently using to record
patients' religion
and if any of your organisations expand upon the basic classification
within care assessment forms where patients specific needs regarding
spiritual issues are recorded - how is this worded?
