The 2005 Central Renaissance Conference will be held on the campus of the
University of Missouri-Columbia on Friday and Saturday, September 23-24,
2005. The campus Committee on Medieval and Renaissance welcomes papers on
all areas of Renaissance Studies, including English and Modern European
Language and Literatures, History, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Art
History, Musicology, and Neo-Latin Studies. Persons interested in
presenting research papers are invited to submit proposals for complete
sessions (normally three papers, of 20 minutes each) or individual papers.
Please include: Name, mailing address, e-mail address, and institutional
affiliation (if any) of each presenter, and a brief (ca. 300-word)
abstract of each paper . The deadline for proposals is June 30, 2005.
