Hi Debbie,

I have recently just bolted on a service called printbutton http://www.printbutton.com/pbcom_service.html onto our first, trial, online Photographic collection here at the London's Transport Museum. Take a look.

http://photos.ltmcollection.org

Photobox who run the service take the order, collect the money, print out and post any of our 10,000 photographs automatically for us using a username/password to our high quality images. Quality is good, although that obviously depends on the image quality.

The service cost us a one of payment of £350 ( they offer a reduced service for £250 - for the extra £100 you get some branding ) and was fairly easy to implement even with my limited Web skills. They not only offer photographs but lovely cushions, keyrings and mugs. However we opted only for the photographs.

I am happy to talk further if required.

Regards Bryan

Hello,

I would really appreciate it if members of the Museums Computer Group
and MCG list members could help me with the following:

Do you know of companies that can print and post out good quality
photographic images from links on your existing web pages.
We have placed images of part of our collection onto our web pages and
wish to put on 'order buttons', so that our users can order photographic
prints of the image.

If you know of any companies that provide this service and if you are or
have worked with them, I would really appreciate any feedback you may
have.

Thanks in advance for your help
