We are recruiting for two new posts for our exciting HLF-supported
project ‘The Penny Black Changed the World’:
Project Assistant
9 month contract, £18k to £20k pro rata, full time
Project Outreach Assistant
8 month contract, £22k to £24k pro rata, full time
The project will capture and use digital images of the prestigious and
unique R M Phillips collection of Victorian stamps to show how ‘The
Penny Black Changed the World’ of mass communications. In particular,
it will bring the story to Key Stage 2 children through special classes and
production of teaching materials.
