Business Communication - making it effective, making it impress
Too often, communicating across an organisation is taken for granted; impulsive or unplanned communications and the misunderstanding they may cause, can land you in trouble or fail to deliver your message. Good communication is vital – it is also a "career skill", which can set you apart from others – but making it effective needs care.
Our two speakers, who are both writers and trainers, will look at the pitfalls and the opportunities of communicating well, especially of face-to-face communication and business writing, offering practical solutions to help make you excel in this important area.
Come and pick up some top tips and ideas from two experienced practitioners to hone your communications skills.
