As an interested observer, but no expert in academic libraries, may I ask
the following:
Are library users at Bangor University particularly information literate?
More than other academic institutions? Are they information literate
_enough_?
How many qualified and supporting library staff are there now, and after
proposals?
Which technology is responsible (or being blamed) for the "deskilling"?
