Dear Stefan,
We use Innovative Millennium. It has support for Arabic, Persian,
Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese and Korean and our catalogues for material in
those languages include bibliographic information in both the original
script and romanization. I am not involved in the financial side of the
matter but for a summary of my experience with technical aspects of the
