Subject: Re: COPYRIGHT REGS - COLLATED INFO
Thanks Diane, I am sure that people will find this useful
Can I sound a note of warning though - the NLA is very assertive about
extending its Licence throughout the NHS and should be approached with
caution. Do check locally first and consider pro-actively reminding all
staff in your orgainsation of their copyright responisbilities.
If your Trust does not have a Licence it may not have budgeted for one in
this financial year and the NLA have in the past tried to claim for years
past. This could prove aheavy charge and your Trust may not be pleased
that you have invited them in.
(Diane - my emails to lis-medical often bounce back - please could you
forward., thanks)
