I think the generic term for the sleeping bag type might be "sleep
sack", rather than grobag.
(Not clinical evidence-based comment, just as a parent!) A possible
problem would be that the baby can't kick them off if they get too hot,
but I found them very useful in prams or chilly rooms with wriggly
children, who kicked blankets off and then cried because they were cold.
"Babygro" is a manufacturer's name for all-in-ones or romper suits.
Wonderful garments, my kids [now teenagers] lived in them day & night
till they could move around out of doors. You can get them without sewn
- on feet, which saves constricting toes, and put socks on to keep the
baby's feet warm.
