Dear all
I'm trying to find out whether any Trusts have done any work around the
concet of the patient as the "guardian of their own safety". It links with
the clinical negligence scheme for Trusts and the idea that the onus is on
the patient to declare anything to their clinician that they feel maight
affect the treatment that they are receiving. Does anyone know whether
their Trust has produced a patient information leaflet on this topic? If
so, is it possible to have a copy?
Thanks in advance for any help.
