Lynfield Mount Hospital, Bradford

The library is based at Lynfield Mount Hospital, Bradford and has a vacancy 
for a Library & Information Resources Manager.  This post plays a key and 
varied role in the Trust not only in the management, development and 
promotion of the service but also in areas such as current awareness, 
information skills training, health promotion, intranet development and in 
supporting evidence based healthcare. 

The successful applicant will have an undergraduate or postgraduate library 
or information studies qualification, 3 years experience in an NHS library 
(or similar health environment), experience of staff management and 
budgetary control.  It is also essential that applicant can work under 
their own initiative, is able to prioritise and react flexibly to the 
demands of the post.
