We currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader in Library Customer Services. The post is based in the Hallward Library but with responsibility for services at 11 libraries across a number of campuses. The successful candidate will plan, co-ordinate, review and manage the delivery of library customer services, which include lending, interlending, general enquiries, photocopying and AV services. It offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in new developments across Information Services at a time of considerable change.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a professional library qualification with at least five years' relevant experience. Experience of recruiting, training and managing staff is also essential.
Salary will be within the range £29,715 - £35,482 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (salary can progress to £42,367 per annum, subject to performance). This post is open to job share.
