Untangling Your web - Effective Website Management
Presented by: Karen Blakeman
£250/£215
Whether you already have a web site or are in the process of setting one
up, keeping it in pristine condition and ensuring that your organisation
benefits to the full can drive you to distraction. Once it is operational
it is all to easy too easy to forget about it; but out of date pages and
inaccurate information are bad news! This course looks at how to
painlessly manage the process of keeping your web site up to date, how to
identify key areas that can drive your business forward, and how to
encourage visitors to come back for more.
Tuesday 24 May
Web Creation and Design
Presented by: Caroline Doidge
£250/£215
Websites are becoming the way to advertise your business; traditional
methods are more expensive and time consuming. Websites are expensive and
time consuming as well, unless you create your own! This course provides a
basic grounding in creating a website. Using FrontPage you will learn to
create a three page website from scratch given a layout design. Delegates
will be given an awareness of effective website design and usability of
websites.
All courses are held at Manchester Business School, The University of
Manchester. Course fee includes coffee/tea throughout the day and a
three-course lunch. Avoid the time and expense of travelling to London and
