In today's competitive environment, our ability to influence decisions can mean more or less resources or other forms of support. Increasingly, information and library managers need to take a proactive approach to influencing and make a positive impact on colleagues and customers.
This one-day workshop will help information managers to make their mark within their organisation. It will demonstrate the increasing need for influencing skills, provide a toolkit of techniques and give practice in essential skills
