Public Services Librarian
(ALC2 £22,507-£29,128)
We are seeking an imaginative, energetic, qualified and experienced
graduate with a strong commitment to high quality service delivery to
manage circulation services across a multi-site operation.
You will have experience of automated systems and good awareness of IT
developments relevant to public services operations in libraries. You
will be a confident manager of staff and services, with first class
problem-solving and organisational skills and a robust and resilient
approach. An excellent communicator at all levels, you will have team
leadership skills, experience of staff training and development, and the
ability to manage change successfully. This is a demanding but
rewarding management role, offering the opportunity to make a real
difference to the service provided to Library users.
