Improving Access for Blind and Partially Sighted People: Visual Awareness Training for Frontline Workers (archives and libraries)
This one-day training course has been developed by RNIB in partnership with ALM London to help practitioners working with the public in London's archives and libraries to improve their visual awareness and develop new skills for facilitating access to services, collections and resources for blind and partially sighted people, including the use of access technology.
Date: 26 April 2005 (for archive and library practitioners)
Venue: 105 Judd Street, London WC1H 9NE
Cost: £45 + VAT - including refreshments and a sandwich lunch.
Note: This event will also be run for museum and gallery practitioners on 15 April 2005
