ASSIGN AGM 25th April 2005

ASSIGN is pleased to announce that this year its AGM will take place the British Library.
The afternoon will commence with a free buffet lunch where you can meet committee members and like-minded social science professionals!
This will be followed by the AGM (where the future development of the group will be discussed) and two speakers. We will also be announcing the award of our prize for the best article in ASSIGNation in 2004. Our theme for this year is practical issues relating to the implementation, development and evaluation of weblogs.

It is anticipated that that the event will end at 4.00pm approx. There will be an opportunity to take a tour of the BL building (lasting one hour Approx) after the event. This must be pre-booked.
There is no charge for ASSIGN Members
Non-Members £10
Places are limited.
Bookings must be made with the ASSIGN Secretary. (contact details below) Please indicate any special dietary requirements when booking.
Note that initial bookings will be for ASSIGNmembers only. Bookings may be taken for non-members nearer the date if space allows.
