Hi all,
I am looking at how we might better assess the performance of our electronic
services at NLB. Although there seem to be a number of studies proposing
sets of performance indicators, I'd be grateful if colleagues working in any
sector would be willing to share the measurements they are using in
practice.
Many thanks,
Jon
