Customer Services Supervisor

Salary: from £22,100 per annum
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will lead and develop a
large team of Customer Services staff at our busiest service point,
maintaining the highest professional standards in customer care.
Applicants will have excellent interpersonal skills with substantial
experience of working in a library/information service. Candidates must be
able to demonstrate an ability to manage and motivate staff, and should
possess good verbal and written communication skills. This full-time post
involves some Saturday and evening working.
