We are, hopefully, altering our opening hours in September with more
self-service hours than we currently have. We are looking at ways of
encouraging more use of our self-service machine so the hours when the issue
desk is closed but the building open will be successful.
Is there anyone who could give me some ideas of how they promoted their
machines, and would anyone mind if we came to visit them so we could see
where they are placed in relation to the front doors and the issue desk and
talk to issue desk staff about users reaction to them?
