This is a practical workshop for those wishing to take control of the paper they
have to handle in the course of their work.
BENEFITS FROM ATTENDING
This workshop will enable participants to reduce the amount of paper that arrives
at their desk and how to deal with it quickly and effectively.
BY THE END OF THE EVENT PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE:
* discovered how to reduce the amount of paper received to that which is essential and relevant
* learnt how to use their diary as a planning tool to prioritise work and achieve deadlines
* looked at how to keep a clear desk and working area free from paper of every kind
* received tips for finding and accessing paperwork easily and quickly
* discovered how to effectively manage and control the volume of paper they receive
* identified how to establish an effective filing system which is easily accessible by everyone
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Those who would like to have more control of the paper on and around their desk. It is not necessary to have any previous training in managing paper to benefit from this workshop.
