The Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers needs a
part-time Administration Assistant (circa 30 hours a week/4 days equivalent)
to help with the organisation of its events programme and management of its
information services. ALPSP is the international trade association for
not-for-profit publishers and those who work with them – for more
information see www.alpsp.org. You will be part of a small but dynamic
Trade Association with 7 staff and just over 300 members. You will need to
be a bright and gregarious self-starter, with excellent people and computer
skills and and at least 3 years’ experience in administration, data and

You will work from home (we will supply any equipment you need) although
ALPSP is considering opening an office in either London or Oxford in the
future. We can offer a salary of circa £21,000 (full time equivalent).
