The post holder will contribute to the Department’s world class research
and teaching programmes (5*A RAE and Excellent TQA gradings) in
the field of information and knowledge management. The post holder will
contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in a range of
areas across the information management curriculum, including a
particular focus on the teaching of information searching and sources in
the context of business information and information literacy development.
The post holder will have a background in the library/information
discipline, a PhD in a relevant area and a proven track record in
information and knowledge management research. Research interests
are welcome in any aspect of information and knowledge management in
business and/or other organisational settings, e.g. information/knowledge
management policy and strategy; information behaviour, information
literacy, knowledge sharing; business information; content management;
